Description

The Automatic Armature Coil Assembling Machine is designed to assemble fully automatically the most popular armature coils up to 50 MT. The coils are fed into the machine by a chain elevator and are automatically arranged into the armature slots. A three-position indexing table enables simultaneous removal of the completed armatures and loading of new workpieces in the first position, while in the second and third position coils are arranged and respectively inserted, thus reloading the machine without interrupting the assembly process in the other positions. The approximate capacity of the machine is 40-50 pcs/hr depending on the size and numbers of slots.
