Description
The HCM-04 integrates several machine stations in one automatic line as follows:
- Dereeler
- Straightening Station
- Feeder
- End Forming Station
- S-Forming Station
- U-Bending Station
- Cut-Off Station
- Twisting Station
Features
- High flexibility – any knuckle type (P-form) hairpin can be produced from a rectangular wire with cross section within the machine range
- High repeatability of the hairpin’s shape and dimensions
- High productivity
- Can produce very small hairpins
- Able to perform S-shape modeling
- Specialized method (“Know-How”) ensures precise control of the shape of the hairpin’s head during the twisting process
- Capable of producing hairpins with different length of the head’s shoulders
- Able to produce hairpins for stators with skewed slots
