Description

  • Brazing strip is automatically inserted between the wires prior to brazing
  • Automatic quality control of the welding parameters such as welding temperature, wires alignment, electrode force and electrode tip penetration, etc. A warning is displayed if the quality of the brazed joint is not acceptable
  • Weld temperature/indentation data and diagrams for every single weld are displayed and stored in files
  • Brazing quality report can be generated and printed
  • Very efficient, even for small batches – readjustment to a new type of stator takes only a few minutes

Features

  • Advanced temperature control monitors the temperature of the joint during brazing and extends the process until the required temperature has been reached
  • Displays diagrams of the welding temperature, electrode force and indentation for every joint and for the whole stator; diagrams for previously brazed stators can be recalled
  • Servo controlled brazing strip feeding device that feeds the strip between the wires prior to brazing and tears it off during the process
  • New design lower electrode automatically aligns the lower row wires; a new type upper electrode guarantees the alignment of the upper row wires; brazing will not start at all if the wires are not properly aligned
  • Memory storage of welding and machine parameters for 200 stator types
  • Servo control of upper electrode force, speed and position
  • Servo controlled indexing of the stator for the next weld, for the not-to-be-brazed positions, for the leads and the bridges, are automatically skipped
  • Design compliant with the requirements of the OEM manufacturers
