- Brazing strip is automatically inserted between the wires prior to brazing
- Automatic quality control of the welding parameters such as welding temperature, wires’ alignment, electrode power and electrode tip penetration, etc. A warning is displayed if the quality of the brazed joint is not acceptable
- Weld temperature/indentation data and diagrams for each weld are displayed and stored in a file
- Brazing quality report can be generated and printed
- Very efficient, even for small batches – readjustment to a new type of stator takes only a few minutes
