M&T-2001 Limited is a Canadian company established in 1997. It began as an engineering enterprise specializing in the development and design of semi-automatic and automated machinery for the production of starter-motors and alternators for the OEM and the Rebuilding Automotive and Aircraft Industries. By the middle of the 2000s, M&T-2001 was already recognized for its quality of the equipment produced for some of the most renowned OEM Automotive Industry parts’ manufacturers, such as Delco Remy, Prestolite, Valeo, Bosch, Denso, Mitsubishi etc.

Building on its success in the first decade of the new millennium, M&T-2001 solidified its position in the Automotive parts-production machinery Industry, and continued to develop innovative products throughout the 2000’s. From the innovative technologies to produce hairpins used in hybrid stators, to the Know-How’s embedded in the majority of its products, to the boundary-pushing scientific research, to the exceptional customer service, M&T-2001’s ingenuity is evident in every piece of equipment it creates. As the new era of industrial robotization began in the 1990s, the company introduced robotized lines by collaborating for a first time with KUKA Robotics Corp in 2013.
In 2006, the first Hairpin Production Line for the Aircraft Industry was realized. Since then M&T-2001 has introduced robot-assisted autonomous lines and robotized cells which combined with its cutting-edge technologies have made the company a leading Canadian exporter in this field.
