TURNING LATHES
CTL- 300S (PNEUMATIC DRIVEN)
The new CTL-300S is a high production output machine designed to finish turn the commutator of starter armatures. Turning of the commutator brush track area is realized via diamond-tipped tool, mounted onto precision machine slide.
CTL-312S (SERVO MOTORS DRIVEN)
The CTL-312S is the latest of our new generation Lathes designed to finish turning the commutator of starter armatures or alternator slip rings. Applicable in both the Rebuilding and the OEM Industries, the Lathe features sophisticated turning technology based on using servo drive systems and reliable measuring feeler unit. Turning of both the commutator (riser-less type and regular riser type) and slip ring (including cutting the insulation channel on newly installed sleeves) is achieved via a specialized 2-positioning (optional) or single seated shank-holder unit, mounted onto precision servo-driven slides. During the turning operation, the work piece is rotated on its own bearing journals in long lasting half bearings or diamond prisms (optional).
