Description

The device is designed to measure the radius of the slip ring of the rotors and classify them automatically into 3 groups according to the requirements of the customer.

The first group (green lamp-CUT ) contains all rotors with slip rings larger than the first judgment level. All these rotors can be cut to the admissible size using a lathe.

The second group (yellow lamp-BUSH ) consists of rotors with diameters between the first and the second judgment level. On all of these rotors a new ring has to be put over the old slip ring and cut to the right size after soldering.

The third group (red lamp -REJECT) consists of rotors with diameters smaller than the second judgment level. These slip rings cannot be used.
