HCM-04 is an Automatic Hairpin Coil Forming Machine designed for knuckle type (P-form) hairpin production from single rectangular bare wire. The machine meets all requirements of the Automotive Industry and is suitable for manufacturing hairpins for gear-reduction armatures and alternator stators. HCM-04RS
The HCM-04RS is an Automatic Die-Form Hairpin Coil Forming Machine designed for manufacturing of die-form hairpins from single rectangular enameled wire. The machine meets all requirements of a variety of Automotive and Aircraft Industries applications, such as hairpins for starters, alternators and starter-generators. What is more, HCM-04RS implements a new, superior die-form hairpin technology, which protects the varnish while forming the hairpin head. The HCM-04RS employs a novel Know-How for fast and reliable stripping of the wire varnish (which is also patented). The varnish is perfectly stripped from the wire’s edges.
