SWM-100 RD
Description
SWM-100RD offers:
- New highly effective method for armature welding – direct measurement and control of the temperature of each joint during welding.
- Automatic quality control of the welding parameters such as welding temperature, wires’ alignment, electrode’s force and electrode’s tip penetration, etc. A warning is displayed if the quality of the welding is not acceptable.
- Weld temperature/indentation data and diagrams for every single weld are displayed and stored in files
- Weld quality report can be generated and printed.
- Very efficient even for small batches – readjustment to a new type of armature takes only a few minutes.
Features
- A powerful, new generation MFDC Inverter weld control system guarantees the high quality of every single weld
- Advanced temperature control system monitors the temperature of the joint during welding and extends the process until the required temperature has been reached
- Displays diagrams of the welding temperature, electrode force and indentation for every weld and for the whole armature; diagrams for previously welded armatures can be recalled
- No more rejects or scrapped parts due to cold welds, overheating or excessive electrode’s tip penetration; the welding will not even start if the wires are not properly aligned
- Memory storage of welding and machine’s parameters for 200 armature types
- Servo control of welding electrode force, speed and position
- Automatic servo controlled indexing and initial positioning of the armature
- Design compliant with the requirements of the OEM manufacturers
